Homicide detectives with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Thursday are investigating a fatal shooting outside a liquor store in Lynwood.

Deputies from the Lynwood Sheriff’s Station responded at approximately 11:53 p.m. Wednesday to the 12100 block Long Beach Boulevard and Cedar Avenue, where they found the male victim, said LASD homicide Lt. Chris Oakley.

The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by Los Angeles Fire Department personnel, the LASD said.

Video from the scene shows a Mercedes with bullet holes and shattered glass on the driver’s side of the vehicle.
