A 22-year-old at-risk woman diagnosed with unspecified medical and cognitive issues was reported missing after being last seen Wednesday in Long Beach.
Natalia Vargas was last seen at approximately 3 p.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of Ximeno Avenue, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
Vargas was described as a 4-foot-11-inch-tall Hispanic woman weighing 145 pounds with black hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo of “Lana” on her forearm.
She was last seen wearing a green shirt, blue jeans and Vans shoes.
