A 78-year-old woman who went missing after last being seen in Long Beach was located at a friend’s house, police said Thursday.
Estela Alemon had last been seen Wednesday at approximately 4 p.m. at East Broadway and Esperanza Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued a Silver Alert about her on behalf of the Long Beach Police Department.
Police said she is safe and has been reunited with her family.
