An at-risk 76-year-old man was reported missing after being last seen Monday in Westminster, prompting the issuance of a Silver Alert.

Ronald Bullock was last seen around 11 a.m. Monday near Carnation Drive and Poinsettia Way, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Westminster Police Department.

Bullock was described as a 5-foot-6-inch-tall man weighing 100 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. It was unclear what he was wearing when last seen.

Anyone with information regarding Bullock’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.

The CHP established the Silver Alert program to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
