A woman is in police custody Thursday after she led Los Angeles Police Department officers on a high-speed chase in a stolen car that ended in Panorama City.
The chase began at approximately 10:50 p.m. Wednesday and traversed the San Fernando Valley including Pacoima, Arleta and Reseda with LAPD officers in pursuit, LAPD Officer Kevin Terzes told City News Service.
The suspect crashed the vehicle into a group of trash cans when she turned into a cul-de-sac at Kester Avenue near Broadmoor Street in Panorama City, got out of the car, quickly trying to walk away and was arrested at the scene, Terzes said.
