A 6-year-old boy who went missing in Huntington Beach was located Sunday, authorities said.
Jackson Hoffman had last been seen at about midnight Saturday in his apartment complex in the 7500 block of Edinger Ave., according to the Huntington Beach Police Department. He had no history of walking away from his home or sleepwalking, and police said it was unknown where he might have been trying to go.
He was described as barefoot, shirtless and wearing black pajamas with a green and blue dinosaur pattern.
Police announced at about 10:30 a.m. Sunday that the boy had been located.
“We are grateful to share that Jackson was safely located within the apartment complex at approximately 10:30 AM. There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding this incident,” the department said.
