A man was discovered with fatal stab wounds on the ground inside the drive-thru lane of a restaurant in Santa Ana, authorities said Sunday.
Officers were dispatched at about 4:40 p.m. Saturday to Pollo Campero at 2330 S. Bristol St., said Officer Natalie Garcia of the Santa Ana Police Department.
“A witness stated they observed a man down in the drive-thru of the restaurant,” Garcia said. “The victim was transported to a hospital with multiple stab wounds, where he was pronounced deceased.”
Police had no suspect information.
“Officers and our homicide detectives are working on video surveillance and witness statements,” she said.
