A Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy and a suspect both sustained non-life-threatening injuries Tuesday in a shooting in Palmdale.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the shooting occurred Tuesday afternoon in the 37900 block of 11th Street East.
Details about the circumstances leading up to the shooting were not immediately released.
Sheriff’s officials said the unidentified suspect was treated at the scene, and a deputy was taken to a hospital.
