Sheriff’s homicide detectives were investigating the death of a man in Lynwood Saturday.
Deputies from the Century Sheriff’s Station were called about 1:30 a.m. Saturday to the 5100 block of Imperial Highway, east of La Cienega Boulevard, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The man was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, sheriff’s officials said. The man’s name, age and manner of death were not disclosed, and there was no suspect information immediately available.
