The second person killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash on the San Diego (405) Freeway in Westchester was identified by authorities Thursday.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded at 2:03 a.m. Feb. 11 to the southbound freeway near La Tijera Boulevard, where firefighters found the victims, LAFD spokeswoman Jennifer Middleton said.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner on Wednesday identified one of the victims as 45-year-old Lindsey Thurman, who sustained burns.
The second victim was identified Thursday by the medical examiner’s office as 36-year-old Kurt Mann, who sustained multiple blunt force injuries.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
