Two men are dead Monday in Santa Ana after they were killed in what police believe was a gang-related shooting.
Santa Ana Police Department responded at 8:55 p.m. Sunday to the area of Borchard Avenue and Shelton Street regarding multiple reports of shots fired. When they arrived, the officers found three men with gunshot wounds, Santa Ana Police Department spokeswoman Natalie Garcia told City News Service.
One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene and a second victim was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, Garcia said.
The third victim was taken to a hospital and is reportedly in stable condition.
There was no suspect information, but the shooting appears to be gang-related, Garcia said.
