A woman was critically injured in a mobile home fire in Sylmar Thursday.
Firefighters responded at 3:55 p.m. Thursday to the 13500 block of North Herrick Avenue after receiving reports of an RV fully involved inflames, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Crews knocked down the flames in about 30 minutes.
An LAFD spokesman told City News Service that a man was evaluated at the scene, but did not require further medical assistance.
A woman was also found at the scene and taken to a hospital in critical condition. The nature of her injuries was unclear.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
