A 14-year-old boy was reported missing after last being seen in a residential neighborhood in Lancaster Thursday.
Emiliano Antonio Rivera was last seen between 2:33 p.m. and 3 p.m. Thursday on the 43600 block of 16th Street East, just north of Avenue K, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Emiliano is Latino, is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs 100 pounds, has hazel eyes and black hair.
