A 25-year-old woman who was fatally shot in a Norwalk parking lot was identified Monday by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The victim was identified as Brianna Duran of San Gabriel, authorities said.
The shooting occurred at 1:20 a.m. Saturday in the 11000 block of Rosecrans Avenue and Studebaker Road, said Lt. Christopher Oakley of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Duran was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities have not released any information about a suspect or a possible motive in the shooting.
