A 25-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash on the Hollywood (170) Freeway in North Hollywood Wednesday.
Jonathan Loyola of Sylmar died in the wreck at about 10:25 p.m. Tuesday near the Victory Boulevard off-ramp from the northbound side of the freeway, according to the Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office.
The California Highway Patrol issued a Sigalert after temporarily closing the No. 3 and HOV lanes near the off-ramp.
It was not immediately clear what caused Loyola to crash.
