A man was stabbed to death near a fire in the Historic South-Central neighborhood and Friday police are looking for a suspect.
Los Angeles Police Department officers responded at 11:10 p.m. Thursday to reports of a stabbing at the intersection of San Pedro Street and East Adams Boulevard, an LAPD spokesman told City News Service.
Arriving officers located a male suspect down on the sidewalk near a bicycle, the spokesman said.
He was transported to a hospital by the Los Angeles Fire Department personnel, where he succumbed to his injuries, according to police officers at the scene.
The suspect remains at large.
