Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help Friday in locating an at-risk 36-year-old man who authorities say suffers from diminished mental capacity and was reported missing in Hawthorne.
Christopher Michael Burke was reported missing at 3 p.m. Thursday after walking away from the 1300 block of Hawthorne Boulevard, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
Burke is Black, 6 feet tall, weighs 305 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue shorts, and black skater shoes.
