A Feather Alert was issued Wednesday for an at-risk 45-year-old man last seen in Thermal.
Raymond Torres was last seen around noon on July1 near Martinez Road and Polk Street, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
Torres was described as a 5-foot-11-inch-tall man weighing 165 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts was urged to call 911.
The Feather Alert is an emergency notification system that requests public assistance in locating missing Indigenous people who have disappeared under suspicious or unexplained circumstances.
