Police Saturday were investigating two more home burglary incidents in the San Fernando Valley.

Officers took an attempted burglary report after being dispatched to a home in the 3800 block of Rhodes Avenue in Studio City at about 10:30 p.m. Friday, according to Officer Rosario Cervantes of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Division.

No suspect information was immediately provided.

Officers were also dispatched at about 11:10 p.m. Friday to a “hot prowl” burglary call in the 4900 block of Edgerton Avenue in Encino, where three suspects were able to make their way into a home but no property was taken, Cervantes said.

NBC4 reported that the homeowner and her children were in the residence at the time, and the woman encountered the intruders dressed in black after they entered through a rear door in her backyard.

The station added that the men quickly fled in a vehicle, possible a Mercedes sedan.
