Authorities sought the public’s assistance Friday in identifying several burglary suspects who allegedly forced their way into a car parts store in East Los Angeles.
Deputies assigned to the East Los Angeles sheriff’s station responded around 2:20 a.m. Saturday to an AutoZone in the 1100 block of South Atlantic Boulevard, just north of Olympic Boulevard, following reports of an unlawful entrance, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
During their investigation, deputies determined that an unidentified suspect shattered the glass door of the business before entering with approximately 11 others in a coordinated “mob-like” burglary, resulting in a significant loss of items, as well as damage to the business, sheriff’s officials said.
Photographs were taken from footage recovered from the business, then made public in hopes of identifying the suspects.
