A man who was stabbed to death in the Westlake District was identified Saturday.
Officers responded around 4:20 p.m. Tuesday to the 1900 block of Beverly Boulevard, just east of Alvarado Street, to reports of a stabbing, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Details about the stabbing remained limited as detectives continued investigating the attack.
The victim was pronounced dead at a hospital, according to reports from the scene. He was identified as 33-year-old Zackary Marrone, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office. His city of residence was not available.
A suspect description was not released.
