A 61-year-old Fullerton hairstylist has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting multiple victims over a decade, including some as young as 13, Costa Mesa police said Wednesday.
Ricardo Garcia, the owner of Hair by Ricardo at 2200 Harbor Blvd., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of sexually assaulting five customers, mostly males, ranging in age from 13 to adulthood, according to Roxi Fyad of the Costa Mesa Police Department.
Some of the alleged assaults happened in the hair salon, she said.
Garcia bailed out of jail Tuesday night, Fyad added.
