Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti arrived in New Hampshire Saturday for his second visit in 10 months to the state with the nation’s first presidential primary.

Garcetti is set to deliver the commencement address for Southern New Hampshire University’s College of Online and Continuing Education on Sunday.

This trip is Garcetti’s second out of the state this week. He addressed the General Convention of the International Union of Operating Engineers in Hollywood, Florida, on Monday.

Garcetti, a Democrat, also went to New Hampshire in August to campaign for Manchester Mayor Joyce Craig. He has acknowledged he is considering running for president.

Garcetti also made recent visits to Iowa, where he made several stops, including attending a reception and dinner for a statewide LGBTQ organization, and South Carolina, where he promoted his “Accelerator for America” nonprofit organization.

Iowa holds the nation’s first presidential caucuses.

The commencement address is Garcetti’s lone public event on this trip, aide Yusef Robb said.

Garcetti is scheduled to return to Los Angeles on Sunday.
