Los Angeles County+USC Medical Center sought public help Friday to identify a patient who was brought to the facility recently from downtown Los Angeles.

The man has identified himself to officials as Calan Onassis, Christopher Gene Silva, Christopher Gene Kelly and Christopher Gene O’Grady.

Hospital officials circulated a photo of the man, described as Hispanic or white, 55-66 years old, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 165 pounds, with gray/black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a gamecock or eagle on his left arm.

Anyone knowing his identity was urged to call Jamar Richardson of the hospital’s Department of Social Work at 323-409-5253.
