The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power will host another in a series of meetings Thursday on the utility’s proposed five-year water management plan.

The LADWP is updating its Urban Water Management Plan, which details where the city will get its water and how the supply can be conserved. An early draft of the plan was presented earlier this week, and will be the subject of three additional meetings this month.

The next meeting takes place at 6 p.m. Thursday at the 3rd Council District office, 19040 Vanowen St., Reseda.

Two other meetings are scheduled for 6 p.m. Jan. 27 at the Felicia Mahood Multipurpose Center, 11338 Santa Monica Blvd., and on 6 p.m. Jan. 28 at the LADWP headquarters, 111 N. Hope St..

Anyone interested in viewing the final meeting on Jan. 28 via a webcast can send an RSVP to uwmp@ladwp.com .
