Greer Grammer, the 22-year-old daughter of Golden Globe-winning actor Kelsey Grammer, was named tonight to serve as Miss Golden Globe at the Jan. 11 awards ceremony.
Greer Grammer is a cast member of the MTV teen comedy “Awkward.” She also appeared in the film comedy ‘Life Partners,” whose theatrical release is set for Dec. 5.
Miss Golden Globe is traditionally a daughter of a well-known celebrity who assists in the ceremony. Previous Miss Golden Globes include Laura Dern, a daughter of Diane Ladd and Bruce Dern, Joely Fisher, a daughter of Connie Stevens and Eddie Fisher, and Melanie Griffith, a daughter of Tippi Hedren.
The announcement was made at the Fig and Olive restaurant in West Hollywood.
