Comedian Micah “Katt” Williams — who is charged along with rap mogul Marion “Suge” Knight in the alleged theft of a camera from a paparazzo in Beverly Hills — pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a robbery charge.
Williams, 43, and Knight. 49, are both charged with one count of robbery in the alleged Sept. 5 theft from a female photographer outside a studio in Beverly Hills.
Knight pleaded not guilty Nov. 5 and is due back Jan. 27 at the Airport Branch Courthouse in Los Angeles, while Williams is due back in court Feb. 3.
Knight — who has a prior conviction for assault with a deadly weapon — faces up to 30 years to life in prison if convicted, while Williams could face up to seven years behind bars, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
