Josh Duggar can’t seem to stay out of the news lately.
Apparently, Duggar has entered rehab just days after admitting he had used the Ashley Madison website to cheat on his wife, according to reports.
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar released a statement Wednesday confirming that their eldest son entered a “long-term treatment center” a one day before.
Of course they did not disclose what Josh will be receiving treatment for, but one media outlet is reporting he checked into a “faith-based rehab” for “sex addiction.”
“As parents we are so deeply grieved by our son’s decisions and actions,” the Duggars said in the statement.
Earlier this summer the Duggar family’s reality series “19 Kids and Counting” was canceled.
“He has also brought great insult to the values and faith we hold dear,” the statement said.
Also in the statement they said they will be offering “love, care and devoted support” to Josh’s wife Anna and the couple’s four children as she “receives counsel and help for her own heart and future.”
Josh entered rehab just one day before porn star Danica Dillon claimed she had ‘scary and rough sex’ with the disgraced reality star more than once.
Just last week, Josh admitted he was “the biggest hypocrite ever” after the Ashley Madison hacking scandal forced him to admit that he had used the website to commit infidelity.
