The Who’s rescheduled Los Angeles and Anaheim concert dates were announced Tuesday, but fans will have to wait nearly eight months to see the legendary rock band.
“The Who Hits 50” North American tour was scheduled to begin two weeks ago in San Diego, but was put off because singer Roger Daltrey contracted a virus.
The band will now begin the tour Feb. 27 in Detroit. The tour will stop at Honda Center in Anaheim May 22 and Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles May 25.
“I am now on the mend and feeling a lot better,” Daltrey said in a statement issued by the band.
Tickets for the original dates will be honored at the rescheduled shows, according to the band.
