Forget “location, location, location.” The way to flip your Bel-Air mansion may be “celebrity, celebrity, celebrity.”

According to TMZ and other real-estate watchers, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are selling their Bel-Air mansion, which they “bought … in 2013 for $9 million, and our sources say they spent around $2 million renovating it.”

But Kimye won’t live there, says Vanity Fair:

“The pair will be putting it on the market shortly, and they are looking for more than $20 million for it … So, yes, they will make — if all goes according to plan — upwards of $8 million off of this whole endeavor (so, equivalent to the price of three pairs of Yeezys, give or take).”

So, where will Kimye be residing, after all? Well, they’re still bunking at Kris’s, while renovations are being completed on their other property: a Hidden Hills mega-mansion, on a 3.5-acre estate, for which they shelled out $20 million. And it’s located just a five-minute walk—or, about the length of 400 lined-up selfie sticks—from Kris’s.

TMZ concluded:

“Here’s the real bitch of it all. … They didn’t even bother to live there. They moved to Calabasas to live with Kris for a while, and then bought a house in nearby Hidden Hills. Rich people … it’s really hard to like them.”
