Hollywood couple watchers went overboard on speculation this month, reading too much into a ring worn by Goldie Hawn. Was she finally ready to marry Kurt Russell, her man for three decades?

“Talk about the pair’s possible marriage gained momentum in November when Hawn was spotted wearing what many thought was a wedding band,” said The Daily Mail. “The ring made another appearance when the couple attended the premiere for Russell’s new film, ‘The Hateful Eight,’ on Monday.”

But Russell said nope.

“Unfortunately for those who have to hear yes, I do not have good news,” Russell said. “I was talking to Goldie last night. I said: ‘I really should have some fun thing to say.’ I have none.”
