Justin Bieber and a paparazzo who alleged he was hit with a Ferrari driven by the singer in Hollywood in 2013 have settled the plaintiff’s lawsuit, court papers obtained Monday show.

A lawyer for Walter Damon Lee told Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michelle Williams Court on Wednesday that the civil case, filed in June 2014, was resolved. The terms of the settlement between Lee and the 21-year-old “Never Say Never” artist and Lee were not divulged.

Lee alleged the pop star’s car struck him outside the Laugh Factory on the Sunset Strip about 11:40 p.m. on June 18, 2013. Lee’s suit stated he sustained lacerations, hematomas, deep venous thrombosis and abrasions.

The District Attorney’s Office declined to file charges against Bieber, noting that the impact was minor and that the singer may not have known he hit Lee.
