A two-hour documentary on the 1989 killings of Jose and Kitty Menendez by their sons Lyle and Erik will air Jan. 5 on ABC, the network announced Monday.
“Truth and Lies: The Menendez Brothers — American Sons, American Murderers” will include an interview with the older brother, Lyle, who is serving a life sentence.
The documentary will also include previously unseen home movies and pictures from the family vault, along with interviews with the brothers’ best friends and neighbors, the lead detectives, lawyers and jurors on the case, according to ABC.
