Kesha Rose Sebert was born in Los Angeles in March 1987. Jerome Allen Seinfeld was born in Brooklyn in April 1954.
So why should he know her?
But in-the-know fans are howling over comedian Jerry refusing singer Kesha’s request for a hug during his red-carpet interview Monday at The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
Why no hugs?
He didn’t know her from Adam.
The two were attending the David Lynch Foundation’s National Night of Laughter and Song when Kesha spotted Seinfeld, who was being interviewed by radio host Tommy McFly.
The singer is a fan and let the comic know.
“I’m Kesha; I love you so much,” she said. “Can I give you a hug?”
“No, thanks,” he said.
Kesha may have thought he was joking, so she made another attempt saying “Please? A little one?”
“Yeah, no thanks,” Seinfeld said, shutting her all the way down.
A debate ensued on the eschewed embrace.
Ew Jerry Seinfeld should’ve given Kesha a hug. Even if she wasn’t Kesha he should of given her a hug. Celebrity or not.

If you’re mad that Jerry Seinfeld didn’t give Kesha a hug, but OK with Kathy Griffin beheading Trump, you might be a democrat. pic.twitter.com/n0tMM6yKRJ

How are there people offended by Jerry Seinfeld not hugging Kesha? Are we just supposed to allow strangers to hug us nowadays?
