Chris Christie didn’t get good reviews as New Jersey governor. It’s only getting worse as he begins his new job — as contributor to ABC News.

The one-time Donald Trump transition chief spoke to George Stephanopoulos on the morning of the president’s State of the Union address.

on “Good Morning America,” Christie gave advice to Trump.

Saying that Robert Mueller is not someone “to be trifled with” and that anyone who guesses what the special counsel may know is “throwing darts at the wall with a blindfold on,” Christie opposed the president sitting down for a chat with Mueller.

Of course, viewers had some advice for ABC: Drop Christie.

But one suggested he stay with a different assignment: Fill in as traffic reporter.
