A judge granted a petition by one of Grant Tinker’s sons to admit the will of the late network executive to probate.

Los Angeles Superior Court Maria Stratton said during a hearing Thursday that Mark Tinker provided sufficient evidence to support his petition. The ruling admits Tinker’s 2004 will to probate as well as a 2012 amendment to the document.

Stratton ordered Mark Tinker to file a status report or a petition for final distribution by March 8, 2019. She also scheduled a status hearing for April 11, 2019.

Tinker, who was previously married to actress Mary Tyler Moore, died in Los Angeles in November 2016 at age 90. Tinker developed the series “I Spy,” “Dr. Kildare” and “The Man from U.N.C.L.E.”

The 67-year-old Mark Tinker, who along with his four siblings was born during his father’s marriage to Ruth Byerly, was a regular director on the HBO series “Deadwood.”

Tinker did not have any children with Moore or Brooke Knapp, to whom he was married at the time of his death. Knapp has filed a creditor’s claim against the estate for nearly $4 million.
