Segerstrom Center for the Arts will resume live performances Nov. 27 with comedian Louie Anderson performing, but outdoors to comply with COVID-19 pandemic guidelines.

The live performances, movie nights and wellness classes will be held in the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza in front of the arts center in Costa Mesa.

Movie nights will begin Friday with a screening of “Mary Poppins” followed by “Sister Act” on Saturday.

The center’s annual multi-cultural holiday celebration, “Holidays Around the World,” will return Dec. 5 and Dec. 6 in the plaza.

Patrons must wear face coverings and will be ushered to an assigned space. Temperatures will also be checked. Hand-sanitizing stations will also be spread out throughout the campus.
