With Hollywood in the midst of Awards Season, it’s never too early to look forward to the Emmys, with CBS Tuesday announcing a date for this year’s show.
The 73rd Emmy Awards will be presented Sept. 19, airing on CBS. No timeline was immediately set for the nominations announcement, nor was there any immediate announcement of a host, venue or production plans.
“If there’s anything worth celebrating of late, it’s that TV has never been better,” according to a statement from CBS. “And in fall 2021, the 73rd Emmy Awards will honor the TV that has entertained, intrigued and occupied our eyeballs this past year when it returns in style to CBS.”
