Rapper Nicki Minaj may have been the target of a swatting call when deputies were dispatched to a home in Hidden Hills on an assault call and no one was at the residence, authorities said Thursday.
Deputies were dispatched at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday to a home in the 5000 block of Jed Smith Road regarding an assault call, according to a watch commander at the sheriff’s Lost Hills/Malibu station.
The watch commander could not confirm that the address belonged to the rapper, but said “Rumor has it.” He added, “No one was there. No crime,” according to the watch commander.
