Burbank-based Disney announced Monday that Disney+ and Hulu have reached a deal with iHeartMedia to add video versions of six iHeartPodcasts to the streaming services, beginning with the Jonas Brothers’ “Hey Jonas!”

The agreement will also bring “Pod Meets World” to Disney+ and “Desperately Devoted,” `Fake Doctors, Real Friends with Zach and Donald,” “StraightioLab” and “Thanks Dad with Ego Nwodim” to Hulu in the coming months.

New episodes of the podcasts will stream weekly, according to the companies.

“Fans can’t get enough of the stories and talent they love, and podcasts have become one of the fastest growing ways for audiences to connect with them,” Lauren Tempest, head of content planning and partnerships at The Walt Disney Co., said in a statement.

“Hey Jonas!,” hosted by Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas, will begin streaming Friday on Disney+ and Hulu with an episode focusing on “Camp Rock.”

“Pod Meets World,” hosted by “Boy Meets World” stars Danielle Fishel, Will Friedle and Rider Strong, will begin streaming Aug. 24 on Disney+.

“Desperately Devoted,” a “Desperate Housewives” rewatch podcast hosted by Teri Hatcher, Andrea Bowen and Emerson Tenney, will begin streaming Nov. 2 on Hulu.

“Fake Doctors, Real Friends with Zach and Donald,” featuring “Scrubs” stars Zach Braff and Donald Faison, will begin streaming on Hulu later this year.

“StraightioLab,” hosted by comedians George Civeris and Sam Taggart, and “Thanks Dad with Ego Nwodim” are expected to begin streaming on Hulu in the fall.

The six programs will join other podcasts already available on Disney+ and Hulu, including licensed, rewatch and companion podcasts tied to television programs on the streaming services.
