Police in Montebello on Sunday sought the public’s help in locating a family’s lost service dog.
The female Australian terrier, which has an embedded microchip, was lost in Montebello on the evening of March 1 and was last seen at the corner of North Greenwood and Harding avenues, police said.
She was wearing a pink collar with ID tags attached by a pink heart- shaped clip, according to police.
Local shelters have been notified to be on the watch for the dog, which had been with her family since birth, police said.
