A 3.5 magnitude earthquake shook the San Gorgonio Pass Sunday morning near the Riverside County city of Banning.
The temblor occurred at 6:53 a.m. and was centered about five miles northwest of Banning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
There were no reports of injuries or damage caused by the earthquake.
