Small Quake Off Coast of Orange County

No damage was reported, but a small earthquake struck Sunday centered off the coast of Orange County. The magnitude-3.6 temblor was recorded at 3:41 a.m., about 14.5 miles southwest of Newport Beach, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. It had a depth of nine kilometers. No damage was reported.
