Firefighters extinguished a blaze in a vacant commercial building in the West Adams area of Los Angeles in just 12 minutes early Friday morning.
Crews arrived at the previously burned building, located at 3060 Wellington Road, near Jefferson Boulevard, just after midnight and found fire coming from the 50-foot-by-75-foot structure, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A total of 33 firefighters battled the flames and knockdown was declared at 12:14 a.m., Stewart said.
