Firefighters needed just 13 minutes Saturday morning to extinguish a blaze in a commercial building in the Broadway-Manchester area of South Los Angeles.
The fire was reported at 12:57 a.m. in the 11800 block of South Main Street, according to Nicholas Prange of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A total of 28 firefighters battled the fire in the 2,450 square-foot, one story commercial building and knock down was declared at 1:10 a.m., he said.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
