Five people were hurt, one requiring hospitalization, when two vehicles collided in Lancaster Saturday.
The crash was reported at 7:45 p.m. at Challenger Way and East Avenue K-8, according to Los Angeles County Fire Department Dispatch Supervisor Jeremy Stafford.
Four of the injured were treated by paramedics at the scene and did not want to be taken to a hospital, Stafford said.
There were no details immediately available about the person who was transported to a hospital.
Fire officials initially reported that one person was trapped inside a vehicle but Stafford could not confirm that.
