A fire at a Palmdale tire shop spread to a quarter-acre of brush Tuesday afternoon, but no one was injured.
The fire was reported about 2:25 p.m. at the shop in the 2600 block of East Palmdale Boulevard, near 26th Street East, according to Supervisor Cheryl Sims of the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The blaze spread to a quarter-acre of brush, but fire crews extinguished both fires by 3:30 p.m., Sims said.
The fire’s cause was under investigation, according to Sims.
