Authorities Friday circulated a photo of a 66-year-old woman with Alzheimer’s disease who went missing in Rosemead.
Dang Lan was last seen about 2 p.m. Thursday in the 3200 block of Angelus Avenue, near Dorothy Street, according to Deputy Eric Ortiz of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
He said Lan, who is blind in her left eye, speaks Vietnamese and Cantonese.
She is described as Asian, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 117 pounds, with brown eyes and black shoulder-length hair. She was wearing a green long-sleeve shirt, black pants and black shoes.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts was urged to call the sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Those wishing to report anonymously can call 800-222-TIPS.
