Fire damaged a two-story motel in North Hollywood Friday morning.
Crews responded to the 6200 block of Colfax Avenue about 5:20 a.m. and found fire coming from one room of the motel, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
“Firefighters initiated an offensive attack and knocked down the fire in 20 minutes with no injuries reported,” Stewart said.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
