A fire damaged a house in the Hyde Park area Thursday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 7100 block of South Brynhurst Avenue at 6:07 a.m. extinguished the flames in the single-story building in 24 minutes, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
